Install vBulletin 4.0. Adjust all the template mods to the new style. Adjust all products to the style and to the hook system.

Huuuuge task. Not sure if we can really have this done by 7/5 without hiring more coders. Only problem is I seem to be the only non-Jelsoft employee with the 3.5 - 3.8 source memorized :P.

Hopefully they add a bi-directional file-based hook system like we currently have in place here (major hacking).

Especially on things like VaultWiki...

Hopefully we get a vB 4.0 beta soon so we can start coding these on a mirrored DB.
