The evil characters r still the same, but a couple of new characters r included that can be considered bad. i.e. Broly(my fav. character+why i even bought the game), omega shenron(has infinite ki), cooler(frezia's brotheror cousin), and bardok(Goku+Vegeta's dad) there may be other characters, but i have not fully completed the game. Thats how far I got.
