- The Make-a-Wish Foundation takes the Phillips family on a trip to Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios.
- Ted Phillips almost drowns in the deep end of the resort pool.

- John Phillips begins filming the documentary Phillips 108 about Ted Phillips's Make-a-Wish trip to Disney World.
- John Phillips gifts Ted Phillips a werewolf mask purchased from The Magic Kingdom.

- T.J.'s Cracked Egg Pictures produces the comedy television episode Funny Fun.
- Funny Fun records over the footage for both 1993's The Ice Monster and Dinosaur Insurance.
- John Phillips announces that a second episode, called Funny Pun, will air the following week.
